TELEPHONE SYSTEM UPDATEWe are pleased to announce an enhancement to our telephone call handling system with the introduction of speech recognition software. This will enable you to choose options from the menu by voice activation or choosing numbers from the keypad. The system will guide you through the available options verbally, and if you prefer using the numerical approach, you can simply select the digits without the need for a voice response. The options map is listed below. So, for example if you want to reach Digita Corporation Tax queue you need to say "Digita", "Tax", "Corporation tax" or press 1, 1, 2.
